Let GuidepostUSA do the work for you. If you are a tourism bureau, agency, association, organization or franchise, and would like to submit multiple
FREE basic listings, please see the bottom of this web page or Contact Us about data requirements. We want OUR website visitors to be YOUR visitors!
Here are some of the benefits to our tourism industry partners:
- Increase tourism to your area/state and to specific attractions and/or businesses by publicizing the destinations in your area, thereby demonstrating an additional publicity effort for your members
- Put even your smallest clients on equal par with your largest attractions
- Distribute your website address to more people and increase web traffic to your site (every attraction/business listing you provide will have a link to your website)
- Receive a FREE premium listing for your organization and for each of your official visitor’s/welcome centers
To participate, simply send us an email including an attachment* with your
area's information to
partners@guidepostusa.com. (Preferred formats and required fields are listed below.) After we have received your information, we will email a login name and password
to you so that you can create and manage your own FREE premium listing.
Only electronic formats can be accepted. Preferred formats are:
- Microsoft Access
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Works
- ASCII
- comma-delimited
- Microsoft Word is not acceptable unless the data is formatted in a table.
* Information required for each basic listing -
- *Name of operation, attraction, activity, or destination
- *Street Address (to allow for location mapping, no P.O. Boxes please)
- *City
- *State
- *Zip Code
- Phone Number (Optional, but highly recommended)
- *Summary description
- E-Mail Address (Optional)
- Website Address (Optional)
If you wish, you can download a
blank Excel
Spreadsheet template and cut-and-paste or fill in the applicable fields. (To
